Life been lifing lately! But if we were to be honest with ourselves isn't that what life does anyway? I call these life moments spiritual highs and spiritual lows, valley moments. Life can surely suck and drain the little bit of life force you have left out of you leaving you gasping for air. Note to self, Just Breathe!
I can recall back in 2019 when I wrote, and self-published my first book fantasizing about life being full of lollipops, rainbows and unicorns. I was living in the clouds and was on such a spiritual high that I thought I had it all figured out and I actually had the power to create this magical world inside of this physical reality. Now don't get it twisted, (do people still use that phrase?) I actually did create my fantasy world however it was inside of my illusionary bubble; a known fact that we all know is this, All Bubbles Pop! Life has taught me that when you refuse to deal with your ish it's only a matter of time before your delusion of illusions are unveiled.
As I was sifting and sorting through my emotions this evening, as the hot water from the shower is cascading down my body, I found myself asking myself some questions that began with two words, "what if?". There is something about water that connects me mentally and spiritually and pushes me to dive deeper into my own thoughts. Immediately upon existing the shower and completing my nighttime routine I felt the nudge to write out my thoughts. As you read through these "what if" questions I invite you to think about the first thoughts that come to the forefront of your consciousness mind. Don't put too much thought into the answers just allow what's comes to the surface to surface.
What if you decide to go down the path that you've always feared traveling? What if you decide to do something different than what you have always done? What's the best thing that could happen? You discover the real you? What if....

That have been coming across my mind lately. What if I allow myself to grow from my mistakes? What if I chose to face my past? What if life gives me flowers?
